A little bit about me
I have been a resident of Georgia since 1990 and of East Cobb since May of 1991, when I purchased my very first home. I was drawn to East Cobb area by its excellent school system, as well as close proximity to everything Atlanta has to offer. Since then I have worked hard to become an expert in all of North Atlanta Metro.
My fascination with Real Estate and a couple of really bad experiences with my own home purchasing and financing drew me away from my degree and career as a Computer Programmer.
In 1995, after a short training, I began my adventure as the first Russian-speaking Loan Originator in Atlanta, working first for a small mortgage company, then a large bank. During my nine year career as a Loan Officer, and now as a REALTOR® I have helped literally hundreds of families from my old country (former Soviet Union) make Atlanta their home.
I have a proven track record in helping first-time homebuyers, people moving up, moving down, people with great, average, challenged or no credit, people getting married or divorced, investment property owners, etc. etc.
I have also been fortunate to marry a Georgia native and to work with many local clients, thus perfecting my English language. The experience of becoming one of top producing Loan Officers in a large Mortgage company honed my negotiating skills and attention to detail.
As your REALTOR® I strive to make your move an easy and fun experience. One of my specialties is Atlanta relocation. Any move can be overwhelming, especially from another state or country. I pride myself in being able to provide my clients with extreme attention to detail, both big and small.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family. My son Gary, soon to graduate from GA Tech and my daughter Sarah, who is now 13, keep me very busy! When not working with Buyers or Sellers, I enjoy listening to music, singing in my Church choir, playing with my Doberman Pinscher, tending our garden and entertaining friends.
